Services

Patrick's Home Solutions provides pest control, pigeon removal, weed control, and related home services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service estimates provided through our website are preliminary and may be adjusted based on on-site assessment of the property and scope of work required.

Service Scheduling

While we strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling, service appointments are subject to technician availability. We will contact you to confirm appointment times after receiving your service request.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be discussed during your service appointment. Warranty coverage may require ongoing service agreements.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service technicians. You are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles that may interfere with service delivery.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Description

Patrick's Home Solutions operates two text-message programs that you may opt into separately on our contact form:

• Marketing program — recurring promotional messages about special offers, seasonal promotions, and service discounts. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per month.
• Service program — transactional messages tied to a specific request or appointment, such as appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service updates, and quote follow-ups. Frequency varies based on your service activity.

Both programs are sent by Patrick's Home Solutions to the mobile number you provide on our contact form. Consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase or receive a quote.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of any text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent until you opt back in.

Rejoin Instructions

If you previously opted out and would like to resume receiving messages, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or re-submit our contact form with the corresponding consent box checked. You may also call us to be added back manually.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or received from us, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Patrick's Home Solutions does not charge a separate fee for participating in our SMS programs.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's service availability and your device's ability to receive messages. We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from messages that are not received, delayed, or misdirected.

Mobile Information & Privacy

Information about how we collect, store, and use mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Compliance

Our SMS programs are operated in accordance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable A2P 10DLC carrier requirements. By providing your phone number and checking a consent box, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or user of the number provided.

Limitation of Liability

Patrick's Home Solutions liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or use of this website.
